AIM To enable participants to carry on and understand telephone conversations with people from the relevant county and to provide quick and professional service.
TARGET GROUP Receptionists and other employees who use the telephone every day.
CONTENT Practice in telephone dialogues and basic phrases and forms of expression in the relevant language. Improving the participants' existing linguistic skills and vocabulary.
FORMAT/LENGTH Individual or group instruction. 20-30 lessons depending on the participants’ prior language skills and needs. |
