Business Language
AIM To give participants greater confidence in using business expressions in connection with telephone service, meetings, negotiations and sales. To increase their awareness of the relevant country’s social conventions, polite phrases, mentality and culture.
TARGET GROUP People who need a lot of linguistic confidence, and do not want situations to arise in which their vocabulary is insufficient for understanding other people or clearly presenting their own views.
CONTENT Conversation practise, telephone dialogues, negotiation situations, awareness of the country’s social conventions, mentality and culture. The vocabulary of the participants’ professions can also be included in the teaching by agreement.
FORMAT/LENGTH Intensive individual or group instruction. 30-50 lessons depending on the participants’ prior language skills and needs.
LOCATION Teaching can take place at IBL Language Services’ address or at the company’s address. |
